The automatic check-in system seemed problematic. It initially booked me under another guest's name. Staff seemed unsure how to resolve the issue, causing a delay of about 20 minutes. I was also told to monitor my bank statements for unauthorized charges. the gym being unavailable upon arrival because it was not included in my offer made me uneasy.

I found the room comfortable. The bed provided excellent support. I appreciated the modern decor in the room. The fitness center had ample equipment for a good workout. It included several treadmills and weights. The onsite restaurant offered a great menu. The service was efficient and the breakfast was decent.

I did notice a small cobweb in the bedroom corner near the lamp.

noise isolationmurky water

The noise isolation was just an illusion. i swear i could hear the neighbour's entire phone conversation, like we were sharing the same space. Not exactly the peaceful retreat i was hoping for. also, the pool, oh the pool! the pictures suggested a spacious swimming area, but reality hit hard, it was overcrowded and the water seemed a bit murky. i wanted to swim, but it felt more like battling for space in a glorified bathtub, so i gave it a miss.
